As someone on a spiritual journey who does the yoga, the meditations, reads the books, and does the inner work, I often fall into the trap of thinking I have to be a high vibe mama, who has her mindset on point and is full of positivity. All. The. Time.
But the truth is I do these things because I have work to do on myself.
I'm not 'there' yet as a super chilled, high vibe mama who never flounders. And to be honest, I don't think I ever will be and that's okay.
The path to enlightenment is wonky AF
If you can relate then I'd love to share with you a fresh take on positive affirmations that keeps it real to the fact that personal development is a journey - a wonky, messy journey into enlightenment that sometimes involves retracing past steps.
The three beauts that inspired my 'keeping it real' affirmations shared here on Instagram
An amethyst affirmation
Even though the situation seems pretty crappy, I work to purify my thoughts for a calmer outlook.
A citrine affirmation
Even though the day can sometimes be challenging AF, I will seek to create moments of joy and playfulness.
The Goal Getter Citrine wish bracelet makes an eco-friendly choice for setting and wearing the intention of joy and playfulness.
Hey lovely, real quick before you check out the final affirmation, I just want to let you know about the epic moon journaling guide I created for busy mamas like you. If you need to declutter your mind, put your thoughts in order, feel calmer AND YOU'RE OBSESSED WITH THE MOON then this is the journaling prompts guide FOR YOU! Enjoy :-)
Now let get back to the last affirmation...
A clear quartz affirmation
Even though my mind is a whirlwind of thoughts, I choose to create moments of stillness to find strength and clarity
If you need a reminder to tune into your inner strength, the STRONG One Word Mantra friendship bracelet is the one for you
Take inspired action
Knowledge is power to fuel action so…
I invite you to create your own real AF affirmation by thinking about how you can honour the challenges of life but then give them a positive slant.
