Jewellery care guide
Treat your jewellery with care and try not to knock or drop your gemstone pieces - crystals can be delicate!
Remove your jewellery before showering/bathing, swimming, physical activity.
Avoid getting perfume, lotions, body oils, hairspray or make-up on your jewellery.
If you have a Keshinomi stretch bracelet try not to overstretch the elastic.
90 day happiness guarantee
I create each Keshinomi piece with the good vibes and love. But, if your jewellery happens to break within 90 days of purchase, I'll restring/repair it at no charge to you. Just contact me to get the repairs process started
Please note: The guarantee excludes wish bracelets and string bracelets.
If more than 90 days have passed since you recieved your piece, I'm happy to restring/repair your Keshinomi piece for a fee of:
UK £5 / €5.50 approx. / $6.50 USD approx. / $9 AUD approx. PER ITEM/REPAIR + shipping.
You can arrange your repair by contacting me here.
- The fee covers the repair and any component replacements.
- You are responsible for the shipping cost to send the item in to me using a tracked method with suitable insurance cover.
- The cost of shipping the item back to you once the repair has been complete is as follows: UK £4 / €9 approx. / $13.10 USD approx. / $22 AUD approx.
- If your repair requires the replacement of stones or metal components that are no longer available, I'll let you know as soon as possible and advise on similar alternatives for you to choose from.
PLEASE DO NOT send any repairs without contacting me first. Any unauthorised claims will be forfeited upon receipt.
**The current turnaround time for repairs is 2-3 weeks from the time we receive your piece.
Shipping physical items
Your order will be handmade and packaged by me, Chloe. I aim to make your purchase ready for dispatch within 3-5 working days. I currently ship to UK / Europe / North America / Canada / Australia.

FREE for domestic UK delivery when you spend over £50
For orders under £50 and international / overseas orders the rates are as follows:
Keshinomi Wish Gems Letter Box Gifts Price: £2.50 (€9.70 / $13.10 USD $16.20 CAD / $17.20 AUD approx.)
I use Royal Mail for Keshinomi Wish Gems Letter Box Gifts. UK orders will arrive the next working day after dispatch, Europe within 3-5 working days and the rest of the world usually within 5-7 working days after dispatch.
United Kingdom Standard Delivery Price: £4.50
Orders are posted via Hermes delivery or Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For, both come with tracking within the United Kingdom, and should arrive within 2 - 4 working days after dispatch.
Rest of World Standard Delivery Price: €11.50 approx. / $16.50 USD $20.70 CAD approx. / $23.40 AUD approx.

I use International Tracked/Signed for orders delivered outside the United Kingdom. Orders will usually reach their destination within 3 - 17 working days after dispatch.

Customs and import taxes: You are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Delivery of digital items
Your digital items are available for immediate down and are also sent via email.
Digital items are either PDF or JPEG files for your to print yourself.
You can home print your items or you can upload your item to a professional printing service (both file formats are widely accepted).
Digital files are for your personal use only, please do not re-distribute.
Returns and exchanges
You will absolute love your Keshinomi piece but if for any reason it's not quite right for you please contact me, I'm a small business so returns and exchanges are handled manually by me - Chloe ;-)
